Johnny Q Sound Co. Ltd is a family owned and operated business based in Trinidad & Tobago and is considered to be the largest entertainment rental company in the Caribbean. With over 28 years’ experience, we specialize in sound systems, screens, lighting, stages, tents, chairs, tables, portable toilets, executive mobile washroom trailers, star dressing room Trailers, port-a-cools, generators and scaffolding for all types of uses.
When Johnny Q Sound Co was first established it was geared towards the entertainment industry. However we have since expanded to include the construction and industrial sectors, providing generators ranging from 1000 watts to 1 megawatt synchronizing, air compressors, fencing, portable toilet facilities and various types of scaffolding to the construction sites as well as the oil and gas companies which require highly trained and certified personnel and well maintained equipment to ensure the highest safety standards.
Today, we are one of the largest special events service providers within the Caribbean. Our clientele has extended into all sectors of society– residential, commercial and industrial. Our affiliated company, Scaffolding Experts Ltd, specializes in Scaffolding rentals
We have been privileged to work with the Prime Minister’s office in undertakings such as The Summit of The Americas and the Commonwealth Heads of Government Meeting providing Tents, Port-A-Cools, Scaffolding Fencing and Stages and Portable Toilets, . We were also contracted by the US Army in their “Beyond the Horizons” Project to supply a range of equipment for the many underprivileged schools and hospitals in which the US Marines worked.
We have also supplied equipment for some of the largest events in Trinidad & Tobago, The Caribbean and Central and South America, including;
-The Caribbean Prestige International Soca Monarch, which is considered to be the largest event in the Caribbean. -The Trinidad and Tobago Military Tattoo which consisted of performers from all over the world including China, The USA and The UK to celebrate Trinidad and Tobago's 50th year of Independence. -Concerts such as John Legend, Neyo, Brian McKnight, Roberta Flack, Peabo Bryson, Michael Bolton, Boys to Men, The Scorpions, Sean Paul, Shaggy, Sizzler, Beenie Man, Sweet Micky, Macheal Montano HD to name a few. -A wide range of religious events including Pastor TD Jakes and Pastor Benny Hinn in Trinidad, Jamaica, Guatemala, Honduras, El Salvador, Panama and Guyana. -Motivational Speakers such as Deepak Chopra and Les Brown. -Carnivals and Concerts in Antigua, St. Lucia, Grenada, St. Vincent, St. Marteen, Guyana and even Dominica touring the island with special concerts hosted by Haroon Beer.
